There are various reason why people consider chatbots inferior, These are some of the
reasons;
They Lack Emotions, chatbots don’t have emotions like humans, customer service presents

may not be able to do so because it is mechanical.
Secondly, Chatbots Made to Handle First-Level Questions Therefore they may not be able to
solve complex questions. They need to be trained to communicate with the customers

answer any customer, The bot may fail to address the customer needs.
Lastly, chatbots Require Regular Maintenance .chatbots need to feed with new information
that they can use to respond to customer needs and questions. For this to happen, questions need
to be analyzed and identified and the most common questions that the customers ask the bots are
evaluated.
Some people may also tend to disagree that robots are inferior, this is because of the following
reasons;

Lastly, chatbots improve customer satisfaction. Through the conversations that the customers
have with the business matter a lot. conversations help shape the opinions customers have about
the business. Customer service employees may respond differently to the customers depending
on their mood. But a chatbot follows the rules that you’ve installed in it. This ensures that it will
respond exactly that you want it to at any moment. This can help your brand resolve customers’
questions and problems easily.
