Making of Soya Paneer:
--------------------------For every 1 Kg of Soya Beans, we can make 7.3 liters of miilk. So for each 1 liter of milk can make 200
grams paneer.
1. Soya Beans soak 4 - 6 hours in Hot water
2. After soak, prepare milk in Soya Milk Machine
3. while in hot milk milk the citrix acid or lemon juice then the milk will get broken.
4. Filter in Good Thin cloth
5. After filter the boken milk, with the help of Paneer Machine, make the paneer.
6. Now keep it in the Refregirator.
7. With the help of Vaccum Machine without air packing the Panner and again will keep it in the
Refregirator
8. Nearly 1 month we can keep it in the Refregirator
So, for each 1 kg of Soya Beans 1.46 Kgs of Soya Paneer and 80 grams of Oakra (Pippi - if we mix with salt
n red mirchi power then can have the paneer as well.). We can also sell for cows at 5 rs. per each 1 kg
pack of Oakra (pippi).
