RE: Review of basement concrete wall cut out and door framing

As hired by OWNER Mr. A, a site investigation for the concrete cut out and the framing work and was
conducted on xxxxx, 2017. The cut out provides an new walk up entrance for the single dwelling with
above address which can be seen in figure-1.
Upon the site obsevation,

Concerte cut out was performed as per design drawing,
framing work around opening was completed as per design drawing as well, see pic 02
In summary, the concrete cut out and framing work meet the design requirements and shall hold the
overall strutural integrity and strength.
