19. Further establishes an international forum as a subsidiary body under UNFCCC for the
discussion, promotion, and exchange of technologies regarding climate change all around
the world, involving UN official, governmental officials, one scientists as a
representative from each country, and the media;
20. Calls for an organization establishing a subsidiary body specifically focusing on
researching and developing technology of the climate sector and the energy sector under
the UNFCCC, collaborating with NGOs such as the International science council (ISC)
and calling for active collaboration of different countries, involving top scientists all
around the world in the climate sector and the energy sector. for scientists all around the
world to develop technologies for resolving climate change;
