2. Synonyms are words that mean the same thing as each other. Find the words in the text and write an
appropriate synonym. REMEMBER you need to find the words in the text as not all synonyms have the same
meaning in different contexts.
EG That dog was fast. That dog was quick. QUICK and FAST mean the same thing.
EG We fast during Ramadan. We quick during Ramadan. IN THIS CONTEXT the words are different.
