I have been in the marketing industry for over five years, primarily working project management roles. I most recently work as a senior PM for a large tech company managing large marketing campaigns and overseeing other project managers. And now I am looking to expand my experience across different industries, particularly, which is why I am so interested in joining agency like yours. 2. I want to take small steps to built in my career and to grow in a concern organization while showing my potential to work efficiently and effectively for the concern organization 3. I am a big fan of friends 4. I stared my career with sales activities for around 1 year after that I moved towards sales in software house because of the change in demand and globalization of things occurred and according to me the right time to become more responsible toward work 5. 6. 35 to 40k 7. For me Experience is far much important then money. When you experience thing you learn from it when you learn from it you grow and become a better version of yourself. World is changing rapidly towards digital so for now my concern is toward digital marketing and for that you’re organization is doing it’s best 8. Basically study about the company so that you would know there strength or weakness in the market 10. When I am not being giving my space to work and understand the gap and to rectify my mistake 11. My first Priority would be to continue over here but I am not a big fan of biased system I hate when people do favoritism according to be a head would treat everyone equally . 12. I’m not someone who is energized by or thrives in stressful environments .When customers or associates come to me with issues, I try to look at things from their perspective, and initiate a collaborative problem-solving approach to keep the situation from escalating .sometimes unanticipated stressors will arise. When this happens, I just take a deep breath, remembering that the person I’m dealing with is frustrated with a situation, not with me. I then actively listen to their concerns and make a plan to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 13. I see myself growing in my understanding of social media marketing to the point where I can take on additional responsibilities and tasks, leveraging my knowledge of more traditional marketing.
