Dear Sir,
I have resigned from my position as Territory Manager-NFR on dated 22-12-2019 and my last
working day at HASCOL was 31-12-2019.
The above company vehicle was issued to me as per the company policy and it will complete the
five years (05 Year) lease maturity period in the month of April 2020.
I hereby request you kindly allow me to buy back the company car on the depreciated value.
