The more colorful the food, the better. Try to add color to my diet, which means vegetables and
fruits – well said by Misty May-Treanor. Not only colorful food makes you desire more of that dish
as well as its beneficial for your health. Obviously, vegetables improve your metabolism and
prevent diseases from storing into your body. While your consuming healthy foods, vitamins, and
increasing your metabolism your body slowly starts to reduce fat and water weight of your body
which is basically losing weight. so how does consuming healthy foods and vitamins do to your life
and day today life?
