Distribute questionnaire to assess baseline awareness regarding mechanical VTE prophylaxis 2. Check current implementation of mechanical VTE prophylaxis across acute medical wards 3. Create poster highlighting when to choose mechanical VTE prophylaxis over pharmacological VTE prophylaxis 4. Recheck implementation of mechanical VTE prophylaxis in appropriate patients after raising awareness
