I am writing a letter on behalf of Muhammad Guntur, an alumnus of Law Faculty at the State
University of Gorontalo who is applying for this Scholarship. I have known him for 6 years since
he enrolled in a bachelor's program in the Law Faculty and has enrolled in several of my classes.
As a Law student, Muhammad Guntur is one of our potential students that possess excellent oral
and written communication skills such as expressing an opinion and persuading others, sharing
knowledge in a group of discussions, and even arguing in a law debate competition.
During his bachelor's degree, Muhammad Guntur has been followed a few debate competition
either at the provincial level or National level. He is also registered with several academic
organizations both local and national that enhance his professional and personal legal mind. As a
professor and dean of the law faculty, I enjoyed watching him successfully grapple his way
through some very difficult readings in the area of legal theory. In his senior year, he did a
community service project and it was particularly impressive. In it, he provides the villagers with
free legal consult.
I highly recommend you accept Muhammad Guntur into your scholarships. I am confident he
