The maximum power consumption is 22µA and it produces a reference voltage of 550mV with worst case temperature variation of 20ppm/°C for a wide temperature range of 40°C to 125°C. The BGR IP operates with 1.4-1.8V AVDD supply and takes in a Reference/PTAT (proportional to absolute temperature) current to bias the internal amplifier. The current consumption of the module can be reduced to as low as 15µA by adjusting the “Test Mode” bits. The noise in the generated 550mV reference voltage is less than 400nV at 10kHz across corners. The start-up time of the BGR IP is only 14.7µs in the worst case.
