Dear Sir,
Kindly it is submitted that I have been allotted house No. 27, street No. 14. Sector
F-15/1, Islamabad w.e.f. 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2020 on self-hiring basis, period of which has now
been expired.
It is requested that period of further two years agreement with one year advance
rent on self-owned basis may kindly be extended w.e.f. 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2022 and pay through
my A/c No.40001047 maintained at ZTBL HO branch, Islamabad. (Necessary document are
attached herewith)
