To Aid or Slay the Transformation •It was Jesus that said what comes out our mouth is the very thing that defiles us from the inside out! •You see the Pharisee’s had a theology that you cannot eat anything unclean, But that thought process was changed by the one who I consider to be supreme. •It is similar to the thought that you are what you eat, but the problem with that theology is that we don't need a worldly feast, and we need more than a Sunday spiritual treat! •We need to inject ourselves with his loving word and live it day by day, •We need to be surrounded by and seek Godly counsel and always remember to pray, •Because without these things in our lives we can go astray. •Most importantly without a relationship with Jesus on a daily basis, how is it that we can expect to remain in God's good graces? •Living a Christian life is sometimes harder than many of us would like to admit •But living a Christian life is worth taking the vow to commit. •As it comes with the Ultimate reward! An eternal life in Heaven with Jesus •A prize not paid with money but each of can afford. Yet somehow people only live the Christian life briefly False doctrines and false churches speaks lies, telling people that becoming a Christian makes life easy You see God never said that would not suffer or be sick Sometimes we can’t even seem to see in front of us as problems of life are like a fog that you can’t see through…. It’s too thick • Still living this life, God never said that we would not suffer or be sick. • Sometimes we can’t even seem to see in front of us as problems of life are like a fog that you can’t see through…. It’s too thick • In the churches today there are those that speak lies like becoming a Christian makes life easy • We wonder why people only live the Christian life briefly. •And we so easily forget that each one of us have our own struggles, trials, and tribulations •But it is how we handle these times that shows people where we are in our salvation. •As Christians we have to be careful what we think about, look at for pleasure, what we say, the things we let come out. •The entertainment that we subjects are selves to, can be the thing that is changing you! •Like most changes… they are subtle at first, •We begin to watch, listen, and we tell ourselves, one little show, can’t hurt. •The thoughts that we entertain and allow ourselves to think, are what can push us to the brink. •They can push you to the edge! And if you allow it long enough… you will find yourself grasping to hold onto the ledge. •But these are more than words, and thoughts that are tearing you apart, these thoughts, they’re a matter of the heart. •You see we allow to stay in our minds, is the very thing enemy can use to bind. •But! One of the greatest words in the Bible that was ever read, •Because it is the beginning of so many truths about what God said. •The Bible says that the wages of sin are death, but commit to the Christian life •You can put those thoughts to rest! •God sent His only son to pay the ransom for you and me, •That death and sin are defeated if you believe! •He has disarmed authorities and power. •When you praise Him , shout His name Jesus!!! The enemy begins to cower •All of this is true yet sometimes I don’t think people understand •The kind of love Jesus gives to us but also demands. •If you look at everything that He has done •You see He was and is more than just a man… He is God’s son •When you see this it is easy to understand •How with His grace He could heal a paralytic man. •How the blind have had their sight restored, •The hopeless, were hopeless no more. •Dead people rose alive simply by His command •And with His sovereignty, over all things death was destroyed when He rose again! •We can all have salvation because what Jesus did on the cross…. •He did all of this and more… but the crazy thing is He left it up to us to decide if we think what He did was a loss. •It is not just mere thoughts and words but actions that show how we feel, •But it is the actions that say louder than we could scream, God I know you are alive and real. •We need to have a change in our lives, minds, and hearts •We are called to be transformed and renewed and set apart. •And to have a life that is the kind of witness and ministry •That shows people that Jesus loves you unconditionally. •That what he did was not in vain •That it is NOT because of me but Him that I am not the same. •So I asking you today. •Is He calling you to change, to not be the same? •Do you need to him help to break chains? •Or are these words falling on your ears in vain?
