To whom it may concern
I am ________________ , an undergraduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman. I
would like to express my intention to transfer to University of the Philippines Manila and
change my degree from Bachelor of Science in Archeology to Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
I have made many good friends from the same course as I am, and I have studied with
wonderful and passionate professors. Also, as you will notice from my copy of grades attached
here, I have maintained a good academic standing. However, recently, I have discovered my
true passion for health care, specifically patient care. Thus, I feel that it would be in my best
interest to discontinue my studies on BS Archeology and take up BS Nursing instead.
