Scope of HRM:
• Personal or Labour Aspect: Planning, selection,
placement, transfer, training and development, lay
offs, remuneration.
• Welfare Aspect: Housing, transport, canteen, rest
room, health and safety, education etc.
• Industrial Relation Aspect: Union-Management
relation, collective bargaining, grievance and
disciplinary actions.
