GENERAL VIEW OF THE E-GOVERNMENT

The e-government is a system that ensures that people are directly
linked to the government of the country. This process is a continuous
process of optimization of the process of management through the
process of citizens' participation in the political participation and
through changes in internal and external relations with the technical
center, the Internet and modern SMEs.
In Kazakhstan, the "e-Government" is aimed at providing citizens
and organizations with a high quality of service of state bodies and
short-term and information base of the state bodies, effective and
efficient formation of the state apparatus
The "electronic government" should ensure the interaction of
citizens with the state and public service 24 hours a day, seven days a
week, geographical location and seasons. All public institutions should
provide services to anyone at any time.
The main priority of "electronic government" is to increase the
level of knowledge in the field of Internet, information and
communication technologies, as well as to ensure the modernization of
the public administration system.

The second stage - the development of "e-Government"
service - is aimed at the development of various services
covering the life of citizens and the full range of
functioning of state bodies. At this stage, transactional
services are provided.
The third stage - creation of an information society transformation of the activity of state bodies and
organizations, e-medicine, e-education, e-culture, edemocracy, etc. such as creating an information society.
