Subject: Application for not attending the presentation.
Madam,
Assalamualaikum. I am Sadia Kumkum from MBA 21st batch bearing ID 21-807. With due respect, I
am writing here to inform you that because of my prevailing ailment I wasn't able to give the due
presentation on October 17, 2020.
I along with my mother and only sibling have been tested COVID 19 Positive on 12th October 2020
and admitted to Chittagong Port Hospital at 13th October 2020 precisely after we returned to
Chittagong accomplishing the funeral of my mama who got died unexpectedly in road accident at Uttara
on 30th September. These two traumas have made the whole situation so intense that it was fairly
complicated for me to attend the presentation you ordered me to give.
So, I'm, as a student of yours, earnestly requesting you to acquit me for my absence at the presentation
and I would always be grateful if you take care of my presentation mark if possible considering the
prevailing pandemic situation and my above mentioned terrible circumstance. Otherwise my semester
result will be adversely affected which may make my whole MBA result fall this year. So, I hope you
will be kind enough to contemplate the situation and make me oblige to you forever.
