Proteins are played a key role in the transportation of oxygen and help the body to fight against infections and illnesses. However, calories are used to indicate the energy level of food consumed by us. Calories per 100g consumption METHODS: The graph is created using the record of proteins and calories intake for 4 days (2 or 3 times/day) and 15 different type of foods that were consumed during that period. They are categorised in different forms such as dairy products, legumes, beans, and seeds. The higher intake of other food like Khari puff pastry have 540 calories per 100g of consumption. CONCLUSION: To conclude, the intake of protein and calorie both played key role in management of weight and maintenance of the body. Thus, the person who gained weight may consumed food like Plain Khari puff pastry, chipotle, or taco and the person who lost weight may consume such as dairy and other healthy food legumes and beans who riches in protein and lowered in calories.
