DGCA has launched e-services platform namely ‘eGCA’, to facilitate online Issuance of Class 1 Renewal Medical Assessment and processing of various services related to Civil Aviation on www.dgca.gov.in. The services are being made live in a phased manner. 2. DGCA has published a Flight Crew Licensing Circular (FCL) 02 of 2019. This Public Notice shall be read in conjunction with FCL 02/2019. 3. The services offered under e-GCA in Phase 1 for medical related aspects of pilots is currently limited to Indian citizens only. The applicants will be required to register on eGCA portal, log into their profile by using eGCA ID obtained after registration as a pilot. As of now, the following is covered in this notice (a) The Class 1 Renewal Medical Examination can be conducted only by the DGCA empanelled Class 1 Medical Examiners on e-GCA portal. Individuals whose Medical Examination is due at Air Force Centres (for Periodic Medicals, Post Temporary Unfitness Review, Special Review, Appeal Medicals) are not eligible to apply through e-GCA portal, as of now. (b) The individuals whose Medical Examination is due within 30 days or less as per the last issued Medical Validity date can only apply. Cont’d……2/PTO -2(c) Individuals who require an NOC from Medical Dte (DGCA HQs) prior to undertaking a medical examination for any other reasons are currently not eligible to apply through e-GCA portal, as of now. 4. Self-Declaration: Registered candidates after login may fill their SelfDeclaration in Part I on CA Form 34A in the e-GCA portal and may avail the above services by submitting application through e-GCA portal and validate the entries from their respective profiles after their registration. 5.
