Employment opportunity: Building energy analyst
Enercheck is looking to hire a full-time building energy modeling specialist in the greater Moncton area.
Competitive salary directly proportional to qualifications / skillset. (20-30 $/hr range)
Responsibilities:
-Evaluate house plans / building surveys and perform take offs and geometry calculations.
-Input relevant building parameters into energy simulation software.
-Analyse energy consumption and provide upgrade recommendations.
-Technical support.
-Quality assurance.
-Assist with other general office tasks
Skills and qualifications:
-Experience with residential and commercial building construction practices.
-Knowledge of building mechanical systems.
-Proficient with computer systems.
-Experience with blue prints and cad systems would be an asset.
-Numerical accuracy and attention to details.
