Dear Mr,
I am writing this letter as a sign that I will be resigning as a Technical Support II at
Alliance Software Inc. for the reason of greener pasture. I want to explore more with
regards to my profession and work as a government employee and aside from that I
want to earn enough money to support my family’s needs as well as for me.
I have no doubts about my current salary but as you grow old you will need more money
for your needs especially for a bread winner like me. On January 20 will be my last day
on duty as a Technical Support II.
Thank you for the support and the opportunities you have provided me for the past two
years and seven months. You and our team have created a climate that makes it a
pleasure to come to work every day and I will miss you all.
