No Order created in Baan File the bill-to # No When is it OK to use PO terms only? Need to match standard T&Cs Add Price list code Yes Price team adds price list code, but reaches out to sales to get pricing documented while process move on. Table created by IT will capture the data from the customer form. Table will be used for all customer creation. Boomi integration tool passes the data from the table to Baan for the new parent and new customer number for a new account, or just the new customer number for an additional billing address to an existing customer account. These accounts are blocked pending review by Finance. New Bill-to number is sent to SalesOps, Legal, and Finance. Contact customer for corrected PO Finance team receives new customer number(s), reviews credit information, assigns credit limit..
