Originally imported UV lights, the purification
power is twice that of ordinary lights, the service
life is more than 12000 hours, which is more than
3 times of the life of domestic lights; and it has the
advantages of luminous balance, long-lasting light
energy, energy saving and high efficiency.
The HEPA standard filter fully filters soot particles
The HEPA standard filter has an efficiency of 99.7%
for 0.1micron and 0.3 micron. The HEPA mesh is
characterized by air passing through, but fine particles
cannot pass, because the HEPA filter has electrostatic
effect for itself, so it can be easier absorbs particles in
the air to collect dust. It has a particle removal rate of
more than 99.97% for a diameter of 0.3 micron
(1/200 of the hair diameter). It is an effective filter
medium for pollutants such as oil smoke, dust and
bacteria.

Photolysis
UV-C ultraviolet C-band (254nm) beam radiates
small oil particles (proteins composed of amino
acids, fat molecules composed of fatty acids,
starch molecules composed of sugars, vitamin
molecules, minerals) to cut off the molecular
chains of oils and fats. Changing the molecular
structure of fats and oils and volatile organic
compounds are vulnerable to UV-C attack.

Ozone action
The UV-C ultraviolet C-band (185 nm) reacts with oxygen in the air to
generate ozone during operation.
Ozone is a strong oxidant, which permanently oxidizes alcohols, lipid
phenols, aldehydes, ketones, ethers and benzene into harmless
compounds such as water vapor and carbon dioxide. Ozone and
OH react with organic compounds and change them. This is to reduce
many of the odor compounds that appear during cooking.
