User License Agreement for the Data used
in the Chinese Personal Attributes
Extraction Evaluation
(CIPS-SIGHAN-CPAE-2014)
____________________________________________________________ (“User”),
an organization or a person participating in the Chinese Personal Attributes Extraction
evaluation (CIPS-SIGHAN-CPAE-2014), agrees to use the training and test data (the
“Data”) subject to the following understandings, terms and conditions.
1. The Data can only be used for the CIPS-SIGHAN-CPAE-2014 evaluation, including
training parsing models, providing running results, and publishing research reports or
papers about the evaluation. The license will terminate after the evaluation.
2. User shall not use the Data for any commercial purposes. User shall not publish,
retransmit, display, redistribute or reproduce all and any parts of the Data to any third
parts.
3. The Data was developed by the Intelligent Computing Center, Shenzhen Graduate
School, Harbin Institute of Technology, and are protected by copyright.
4. User will indicate clearly the uses of Data and acknowledge Intelligent Computing
Center, Shenzhen Graduate School, Harbin Institute of Technology in any papers or
reporting results of academic research based on the Data.
5. User alone bears the legal responsibility for any possible infringement of
copyrights or intellectual property rights that may arise in the process of using Data
for profit-making.
