May I respectfully request consideration for being absent from my class for more than two weeks
for the following reason:
a. Being the Sangguniang Kabataan President, I reported to my Office since long before
I missed many sessions held at the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan, Municipality of Mapun.
b. That frequency of water transportation from Mapun is only twice a month and it
depends on the weather situation thus sometimes made the transportation stranded for even a
month during bad weather.
c. And in my case, I was a victim of the strong Amihan and since travelling by the sea in
our place you will cross the Pacific Ocean and the motor Launch of Mapun cannot easily travel to
cross the the big waves and the strong wind. That is why I was not able to comeback immediately.
