ARTIFICIAL GRASS MULTI – PURPOSE COURT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
STAGE 1 SUB-BASE :
a) Excavation: The field will be excavated and levelled. The canals will be excavated arround the
field to build a concrete boundary.
b) The boundary will contain 8-12 iron bars.
c) 3” anchorage iron pipes will be fixed on the surface of the boundary.
d) BS 20 Ready concrete will be poured in the moulds.
e) The entire surface will be filled with gravel.
f) The gravel surface will be covered by a concrete.
STAGE 2 FENCING :
a) Iron columns will be welded vertically to anchorages fixed in the boundary. The horizontal top, mid
and bottom iron pipes will be welded to
the these columns.
b) Reinforcement pipes will be welded diagonally to the horizontal pipes at each corner. The
columns also will be reinforced by additional
columns.
c) To reinforce the sides, crosswise pipes will be welded to the side colomns and the columns on the
back of goal posts.
d) The lighting columns will be established with stairs on the lengthwise side of the pitch.
e) A hinged door will be constructed for the field
f) A set of volleyball net and net holders together with a set of basketball baskets will be installed.
g) All the iron material will be painted with undercoat and oil paint.
h) The field sides will be fenced with galvanised, PVC coated 4×4 cm pores wire-fence.
i) The fence will be reinforced with kink attached to the tie clips on the columns.
j) 400 W Lighting projectors will be fixed on the Lighting columns.
k) The electricity cables will be extended upto board and will be delivered in working condition.
STAGE 3 ARTIFICIAL TURF :
a) The turf carpets will be spread out on the concrete surface.
b) The carpets will be joined on a seaming tape with the help of a special adhesive
c) The adhesive is a double component polyurathane glue.
d) The white or yellow lines will be fixed as per approved dimensions for both basketball and
volleyball games.
e) The grass carpet will be filled with silica sand by special machinary.

5 a Side Football Pitch Construction: Artificial football turf pitch or artificial grass football pitch
construction is made by Reform Sports professional technicians within four weeks. These sports
areas also called “5 a side football pitch”.
The surface is covered by 3g artificial grass for football which are surrounded by fence and covered
by net. The dimensions vary between 20×40 m. to 30×60 m. Reform Sports is a grass manufacturer

height astroturf. Generally 55mm artificial grass prefered to make a football filed. Monofilament and

Artificial Football Pitch Technical Specifications
Stage 1. Making the Infrastructure of Pitch :
a) Excavation: The field will be excavated and levelled. The canals will be excavated arround the
field to build a concrete boundary.
b) Boundary will contain 8-12 iron bars.
c) To evacuate the water to outside the field, drainage pipes will be fixed in the boundary at 30 cm
deep and at certain distances with enough slope from inside to outside.
d) 3” anchorage pipes will be fixed upright in the boundary.
e) BS 20 Ready concrete will be poured in the moulds.
f) Entire surface will be filled with gravel.
Stage 2. Wire Fencing and Sports Netting :
a) Iron columns will be welded vertically to anchorages fixed in the boundary. The horizontal top, mid
and bottom iron pipes will be welded to
the these columns.
b) Reinforcement pipes will be welded diagonally to the horizontal pipes at each corner. The
columns also will be reinforced by additional columns.
c) To reinforce the sides, crosswise pipes will be welded to the side colomns and the columns on the
back of goal posts.
d) The lighting columns will be established with stairs on the lengthwise side of the pitch.
e) A hinged door will be constructed for the field
f) A pair of goal post will be constructed.
g) All the iron material will be painted with undercoat and oil paint.
h) Football pitch sides will be fenced with galvanised, PVC coated 5×5 cm pores and 3,5 mm thick
wire-fence.
i) Wire fence will be reinforced with kink attached to the tie clips on the columns.
j) Field uppersides will be covered by polyamid net with 12×12 cm pores.
k) Ceiling will be covered by polyamid sports netting with 15×15 cm pores.
l) Goal posts will ve weared by polyamid net with 12×12 cm pores, 4 mm thickness.
m) 400 W Lighting projectors will be fixed on the Lighting columns.
n) Electricity cables will be extended upto board and will be delivered in working condition.
Stage 3. Artificial Football Turf Installation
a) Gravel surface will be entirely covered by felt.
b) Artificial turf rolls will be spread out on the felt.
c) Carpets wil be joined on a seaming tape with the help of a special adhesive
d) The special adhesive is a double component polyurathane glue.
e) White or yellow lines will be fixed as per approved dimensions. Optionally the surface outside
playing area may be red color.
f) Synthetic grass base will be filled with silica sand by special machinary.
g) Balck SBR or coloured EPDM granule will be filled on sand by special machinary.

STANDARD – PLAYGROUNDS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
STAGE 1. FENCING AND LIGHTING :
a) Canals will be excavated arround the field to establish a surrounding boundary.
b) 10 and 12 Q iron bars will be placed in the molding .
c) 4’’ anchorage pipes will be placed horizontally in the boundary at certain distances.
d) BS 20 ready concrete will be poured in the molds.
e) Iron columns will be welded vertically to anchorages fixed in the boundary. The horizontal top, mid
and bottom iron pipes will be welded to the these columns.
f) Reinforcement pipes will be welded diagonally to the horizontal pipes at each corner. The columns
also will be reinforced by additional
columns.
g) To reinforce the sides, crosswise pipes will be welded to the side colomns and the columns on the
back of goal posts.
h) Two hinged doors will be constructed for the field
i) A pair of goal post will be constructed of 114×3 iron pipes as per regular sizes.
j) All the iron material will be painted with undercoat and oil paint.
k) The field sides will be fenced with galvanised, PVC coated 50×50 mm pores and 3,5 mm thick
wire-fence.
l) The fence will be reinforced with 4 mm kink attached to the tie clips on the columns.
m) A field sorroundind wall will be build up.
n) 4 galvanized lighting poles with stairs will be installed at the corners of the field.
o) 1000 W projectors will be installed on the lighting poles.
STAGE 1. : SUB-BASE AND DRAINAGE
a) The ground base should be inspected first for its suitability and will be shaped as fishback and
well compacted.
b) Drainage canals will be excavated 50 cm deep and 50 cm wide in shape of fishbone, and main
canals will be excavated alongside of the field
with a specific slope.
c) Geotextile felt will be laid in the canals and after fitting the drainage pipes on sand pillows the felt
will be folded on the pipes.
d) The canals will be filled with gravel
e) To collect the waste waters one main and four small hollows will be digged.
f) To water the field, water tank and springs will be established.
g) The gravel will be smoothly levelled with a proper slope.
h) The levelled base will be compated well to be finally ready for grass installation.
STAGE 3. : Proffesional Artificial Grass for Football
a) The gravel surface will be entirely covered by felt.
b) The turf carpets will be spread out on the felt.
c) The carpets wil be joined on a seaming tape with the help of a special adhesive
d) The adhesive is a double component polyurathane glue.
e) The white or yellow lines will be fixed as per approved dimensions. Optionally the surface outside
playing area may be red color.
f) The grass carpet will be filled with silica sand by special machinary.
