This resulted in the loss of the case under his responsibility, since the paralegal makes certain mistakes that could have been avoided if the lawyer in question would have gathered and reviewed all the material before being presented in court. It is an obligation of the lawyer to supervise the work of a paralegal and any other member of the firm, so as not to incur the breach of his duty.
