The film Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch's War on Journalism directed by Robert Greenwald,
illustrates the political bias of news sources in today’s media and how it is manipulative to their
directed audiences.
Rupert Murdoch has blatantly changed Fox News from a news outlet to more of a system of
political commentary that has right-wing views and attacks the left by only showing the
conservative perspective of such issues.
This movie had related to what was discussed in class as it deals with chapter 9 in American
Government: Power and Purpose because it is all about public opinion and the media’s influence
as the general audience gets their information from these types of biased sources.
