中国菜烹饪 Chinese Dishes Cooking Project (150 points) Project: You are assigned in a group to work on this project. Your group will be making a real dish of your choice at home and bring the dish to school on 5/13. You have to videotape the process of your making the dishes and post it on YouTube or save it in a USB drive/CD to give to the teacher. You will have one class period to work in lab to research on the recipe and design the vocabulary cards. Please follow the rubrics closely to get full points.
