KRISTY LEE TENTORI – DRINK DRIVING CHARGE
I have been requested by Kristy Tentori to provide a reference for her Court appearance on 14 October
2019 in relation to her high range Drink Driving Charge.
I have known Kristy for ( ) years both as a Client and personal friend. While I find the circumstances
of this event very disappointing, this behaviour is most out of character for Kristy. I have always
know her to be a responsible, honest and caring person who is a well respected member of the
community and who offers immense support to her greater community through volunteer work and
services.
I was extremely surprised to hear Kristy explain of her offence, as this is not what I would expect of
her. Kristy is extremely remorseful and regretful of her behaviour and is disappointed in herself and
her impaired judgment.
I am aware of the seriousness of the nature of the drink driving charges and although I find it
extremely disappointing, I don’t believe this behaviour to be a true testament to Kristy’s character.
She is an honest, genuine person who would never set out to intentionally break the law or put
others at risk of harm.
Kristy expresses extreme remorse for her actions which appear to have caused her great personal
disappointment, embarrassment and regret. I believe she has learnt a valuable lesson, I can only
hope that she is able to more forward in life. From this unfortunate event.
