I wish to submit an original research article entitled “Concentration hemoglobin reticulocyte in peripheral blood of patients with iron deficiency anaemia” for consideration by Experimental
Hematology Journal.
I confirm that this work is original and has not been published elsewhere, nor is it currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
In this paper, I report on the concentration of hemoglobin reticulocyte in peripheral blood of patients with iron deficiency anaemia. This is significant because there has not been any research about applying reticulocyte hemoglobin as a parameter in iron deficiency anaemia diagnostic. Globally, anaemia is popular all of countries, effects extremely human health as well as impact society and economy development. Recently, clinicians used to diagnostic only based on RBC hemoglobin, microcytic RBC ratio and % hypochromic RBC. This study is conducted to establish a reference range of reticulocyte hemoglobin in Vietnamese population comparing to other population; therefore, we deeply believe that this study would be more helpful and meaningful in anaemia diagnostic.
Hence, we hope that this manuscript is appropriate for publication by Experimental Hematology Journal because it is one of the most well-known journals in Hematology field. By our effort, we believe that this study probably will reach to all experts around the world as a very first step research for establishing a new parameter in anaemia diagnostic.
