Subject: Application for Leave of absence for marriage ceremony of aunt.
Dear Mam,
With due respect and humble submission to state that, I am Asif Rahman, a regular
student of Batch 171, FDT2. We have a course named Special Fabrics, Finish & Textile
Testing. I couldn't join first four classes due to the marriage of my aunt which took place
in Old Dhaka. I am really sorry for missing 4 days of classes. I had to go because it was a
family programme. For this reason I need your leave of my absence. Otherwise in final, I
will be in trouble.
I therefore, pray and hope that you would kind enough to grant my application. Please let
me know if there are others things that I need to do.
