Hello everyone, today I would like to tell you about very interesting engineering structure. It is called
Ammanauz hotel. Trivial name is “Rusty Hotel”.
This building is located in Dombai at Karachay-Cherkessia Republic.
It was built at 1985, but since that time no one has lived here. Architecture is in the style of soviet
modern.
The walls are made of bricks and covered with wood planks. It makes the hotel looks rusty.
Also balconies have very interesting shape, which looks like bee honeycombs.
Inside there is a concert hall. Hotel has panoramic windows with scenic view at mountains and
extraordinary hallway in the shape of a snake.
It is still unknown why this amazing hotel hasn’t fully built. The building suffers from erosion but there
are no any decisions about its future.
