a) In your project calendar, set working days are from Sunday to Thursday (9am – 12.30pm)
and (1.30 pm – 5pm), all Fridays are full-day holiday and all saturays are half-working day
in the afternoon. Set the hourly pay as RO: 6/hr and RO: 12/hr for over time after the working hours.
Assign the subtasks, its dependencies and resources required for your project tasks. Assume that
R1, R3 as employees; R2, R5 as physical resources; R4, R6 as software/ internet resources. Also assume
that the resources R1, R6 are available for sharing with one other team or project only.
b) Create its Network diagram, Tracking Gantt chart and save them in your exam folder as two different files.
Set the milestones for tasks Ph3, Ph5 & Ph8 and show them in your project timeline.

c) Analyze and determine the minimum critical path using PERT chart, which is required for completing
this entire project.
