Organs of soul (aathmaa or rooh) are called 'latheefaa's.There are 7 latheefaas. 1st
latheefa (Qalb) located at left lower bottom of chest (two inches below your left nipple).
Close your eyes and mouth and take your breeth deep into your heart. When you take
breeth in, think that the word "Allaah" goes into your heart (1st latheefa) and when you
leave breeth out, think that the word "Hoo" is striking the outer part of your 1st latheefa.
After 5 to 10 minutes, do 2nd latheefa. 2nd latheefa (Rooh) located at right bottom of
your chest (two inches below your right nipple). When you take breeth in, think that the
word "Allaah" goes into your heart (1st latheefa) and when you leave breeth out, think
that the word "Hoo" is striking the outer part of your 2nd latheefa. After 5 to 10 minutes,
do 3rd latheefa. 3rd latheefa is located at upper left portion of your chest. (2 inches
above left nipple). When you take breeth in, think that the word "Allaah" goes into your
heart (1st latheefa) and when you leave breeth out, think that the word "Hoo" is striking
the outer part of your 3rd latheefa. After 5 to 10 minutes, do 4th latheefa. 4th latheefa is
located at upper right portion of your chest. (2 inches above right nipple). When you take
breeth in, think that the word "Allaah" goes into your heart (1st latheefa) and when you
leave breeth out, think that the word "Hoo" is striking the outer part of your 4th latheefa.
After 5 to 10 minutes, do 5th latheefa. 5th latheefa is located at centre of your chest.
When you take breeth in, think that the word "Allaah" goes into your heart (1st latheefa)
and when you leave breeth out, think that the word "Hoo" is striking the outer part of your
5th latheefa. After 5 to 10 minutes, do 6th latheefa. 6th latheefa is located on the
forehead. When you take breeth in, think that the word "Allaah" goes into your heart (1st
latheefa) and when you leave breeth out, think that the word "Hoo" is coming out of your
6th latheefa (like the light comes out of a bulb). After 5 to 10 minutes, do 7th latheefa.
7th latheefa is peak of your head (spreading across the whole body). When you take
breeth in, think that the word "Allaah" goes into your heart (1st latheefa) and when you
leave breeth out, think that the word "Hoo" is coming out of every point of your body from
peak of your head till toe of your leg. After 7th latheefa, do 1st latheefa for a minute and
then start muraaqabaa. Latheefaas are generally done in a fast pace and muraaqabaa
in a normal breeth. In initial muraaqabaa, take the word "Allaah" into your heart and
imagine that the 'arsh' (the throne of Allah) is in front of you and strike the word "Hoo" on
arsh and imagine that the light of Allah comes to your heart from Arsh. Please contact us
