Table Skirting
 Table skirting, as the name implies, is a skirt for a
table.
 Table skirts consists of two components:
 The cloth table topper and a skirt that fastens to
the table edge with clips, Velcro or snaps.
 Traditional table skirting uses pins and preferred
fabric textures and colors.
 Standard table cloths are not sufficient for oversized banquet tables – they shift, wrinkle and are
rarely a proper fit.
 There is a table skirting solution for every table
and occasion.
 Various table skirting designs are suitable for
wedding receptions, business conferences, or
holiday celebrations
 Tablecloth – an element of table setting , it should
look similar to the interior design. An
appropriate size of the tablecloth should match
an appearance of the table and comfort of the guests.

 Slip cloth (napperon) - a big tablecloth which

 Skirt (skirtings) - gathered,
ornamental flounces, used for decorating the

table top with the use of clasps or velcros.

laying tables to grand receptions and the dinner.
Tables are covered with coloured tablecloths to
breakfasts and afternoon snacks and in cafés and
restaurants of rustic insides.
 The assortment of the colour of tablecloths and napkins
depends on the decor of the establishment and character of
celebration.
 Tablecloths should be smooth with a discrete pattern.
 Appropriately coloured table linen is an indicator of the
service level in a given eating place, as well as it
complements the appearance of premises.
