1) Draw your standard curve for Glucose and Protein. You should have two graphs.
Make sure your x-axis and y-axis is clearly labeled.
2) Using your graph find your unknown concentration.
3) Is your unknown concentration normal or abnormal (compare your unknown
value to the normal range)
4) Explain why you got your results above or below normal range. Explain
possible causes.
5) Using equation methods, find the concentration of protein and glucose. For
protein, take the average value.
6) Compare your result of equation method with your result of graphical method.
7) Explain why do you think they may be different?
