How to request new charts in Navi Planner 4000
1. Start Navi Planner from the Transas Integrator.
2. Click Charts and choose order, then proceed with clicking License.
3. Choose what duration you would like to order the charts for and proceed with
next.
If you would like to receive the chart and not only the license click the Receive
Up-to-date charts from server option and proceed with next. (This can be a
large amount of data and is not recommended if you have the TADS BASE
CDs/DVD onboard)

4. Press next
5. You can now see a summary of your order and an approximate price, press
next.

6. Type the email address to which you would like the new license sent to. If your
Navi Planner has a direct connection to the internet you can choose the “Send
request”, if not you shall choose “Save to disk” and use an external email client.
7. If Save to DISK is used, appoint the location where the request shall be stored.

8. Follow the instructions and send the request as an attachment in an email to
Chartservice@transas.com .
9. When you have received the new license files store them to your usb stick and
insert it in the workstation that has got Navi Planner installed, then click the
scan media button and appoint the location where the license file/files are
stored, then click go.

10. Choose install selected items.
11. When done, you can close the report.
12. In a couple of minutes you will be offered to install the data that have been
decrypted yet, Press Yes:

13. Then press the Install selected items button
14. Having finished the installation process the system will provide you with the
report of performed operation, press close once you have read it:

proceed with next step.

16. Insert the TADS BASE CD/DVD you intend to install from and click the CD drive
button.
17. Choose install selected items.
18. When done proceed with installing from any other TADS BASE CDs/DVD
needed.
19. Update the charts from latest updates found onboard.
