Answer:
Three (3) factors to consider include:
a. Capacity – how large or how small the property is and the areas used to entertain. This
can help to determine the best types of activities/entertainment to plan for the guests.
b. Location – where the resort/hotel is located. Entertainment does not only happen on the
property, surrounding attractions help to shape and improve the entertainment packages
being offered.
c. Guest Demographic – this includes age, gender, marital status, ethnic background etc. All
this helps to determine which activities cater to a particular group and depending on how
large the group is; it also helps to determine how often the activity should take place.

Construct a two (2) day entertainment/activity plan for the Loft, which would encompass
the demographics as detailed in the case. This can be done as a schedule in tabular form.
