learning as a lifelong journey. Before you can adopt this philosophy, let’s
first investigate your learning preference(s).

The VARK Questionnaire: How Do I Learn Best?
Answer questions 1-13 below, there is no right or wrong answer. You may also choose more than one
answer. The VARK questionnaire will provide you with a profile of your learning preference(s).
1. You are about to give directions to a person (standing next to you). She is staying in a hotel
downtown and wants to visit your house later. She has a rental car and needs directions to get to
