Rewards System
500 Points will earn a game day!
A class game day means that half of an agreed upon class time will be given to the
students to play such games as chess, checkers, dominoes, mancala, etc… No
electronic games allowed unless specified by the teacher. The students will not
be allowed to leave the classroom during this time to purchase treats, but
students may bring a drink and/or a snack to chare/eat during the game day.
Please No energy drinks.
Ways students can earn points.
1. The whole class is on time and in their seats.
10pts
2. The whole class is seated before the bell rings, in their assigned seat, and ready for bell
work.
15pts
3. Listen carefully to instructions.
5pts
4. Listen carefully to instructions so well that nothing needs to be repeated by the teacher.
10pts
5. Everyone is seated during the length of the class unless otherwise instructed.

6. Everyone is on task working on what they need to be working on and utilizing their
time wisely.

7. The whole class stays on task, is being respectful, and following the Bob Cat way when I
am present or a visitor or other personnel is in the room.

8. During transition time students sustain/hold a quiet and suitable level from one activity
to another.

9. If/when there is a substitute students get the opportunity to earn up to 25pts for being
on their best behavior.

a. Additional points will be given to each student who earns their class a positive
report by getting their names written down for the sub. Pts pending substitutes
comments.
10. Students practice kindness, the bob cat way and care models.
