Mtr3In On/off motor, three inputs, maintained or pulsed outputs Standard Control Module Library The Mtr3In control module is designed for an on/off motor with three inputs (feedback), offers a choice of maintained or pulsed outputs, and provides the following functionality: CONTROL MODULE ● Setting a motor demand ● Standard supervisory workstation interface ● Standard software block ● Status and alarm display ● Operator faceplate ● Engineer point display ● Interlocks The Mtr3In control module forms part of a library of software function blocks designed to aid the implementation of motor control. Associated with each control module is a custom-built point fascia, an engineering point display and a graphical mimic icon for the supervisory workstation. Applications The control module offers the functionality required to drive a typical electric motor. It can be applied to motors, pumps, fans, agitators, etc. Supervisory Workstation Icon Faceplate TW5_FP I D M Point parameter page X DBase: PAUL6 Stopped Interlocked Hardware Fault Discrepancy Fail To Start Fail To Stop RESET A M Manual demand START STOP Mode Type: Mtr3In Method: Template MOTOR01 MANUAL ALM Description: MOTOR01 MANUAL ALM XISM 100 Block: PAUL21 Stopped Mode ModeAct Manual 00000000 Running Ready Healthy FALSE FALSE FALSE AutoDmnd FALSE IntlockP InlkValP IntlockS InlkValS 00000000 FALSE 00000000 FALSE Claims Acks 00000000 00000000 Param1 Param2 0.0000 0.0000 Demand DscrpTmr DscrpTim PulseTmr PulseTim FALSE 0.0000 10.000 0.0000 5.0000 State StateAct Stopped 00000000 Hardware 00000000 Reset FALSE Availble FALSE Options^AuDmdTrk Options^FrcPulse Options^Avail1 Options^Avail2 Options^NtAvail1 Options^NtAvail2 FALSE FALSE TRUE TRUE FALSE FALSE Alarms Software EvalFail Hardware NotHlthy NotReady FlToStt FlToStp Combined Pn.
