Computer Networking Security: Built a firewall and configured it`s rules according to administrator’s preferences,
generated a CA certificate and authenticated users, worked on CAS & LDAP authentication, implemented Snort IDS/IPS and

Collaborative Filtering using Network Structure Analysis: Used Twitter data to recommend URL`s to users depending upon
his/her interests using Data Scrapping and then applying Collaborative Filtering techniques to give on the spot URL
recommendations.
Gradebook grading portal: Created a client and server connection using HTTP request mapping to construct the workflow
of an educational grade management system and built REST web services to and CRUD operations to create, modify, update
and appeal for grades using both Hypermedia and CRUD operations.
Website prototyping & redesign using UX principles: Redesigned craigslist.org using UI and UX principles, and created a
simple yet user friendly prototype using Axure, created an exhaustive test report and performed AB testing on it.
Fast Join operations using Min-Base: Used Min-base to implement core database operations in Java. Implemented
page replacement algorithms and also modified join operations to reduce both time and space complexity.
The Wearable Fitness Craze: Developed a project in C++ which takes advantage of parallel computing using OpenMP
and performs various sorting operations and processing of user fitness data through files or command line inputs.
Panoramic Image Generator: Developed a project using MATLAB and Java that used concept of image processing to stich
two images of some overlapping area in order to form a single large image. Actively took part in coding and User Interface
(UI) design and wrote a report on the same to demonstrate its uses and lar ge sc ale industr y applications.
