The main focus is laid on custom specific solutions up to about 1500W output power. INNOTEC-Netzgeräte GmbH is for over 20 years working in this business and has a large range of experience in developing of power supplies. Based on a functional specification document of the customer we develop an optimal on the customers needs focused power supply. We offer linear and/or switch-mode solutions. The power supplies can be produced ether in house including end-testing or through the customer at en external manufacturer later. Our production is under production surveillance of UL, VDE and ETL regarding our production of medical approved power supplies. Development: INNOTEC-Netzgeräte GmbH creates together with the customer a functional specification document. Based on the complexity of the product there are made functional models and/or prototypes for approval of the final product through the customer. We are performing a various of tests including EMC (incl. Line and field conducted noise), safety, functional and specification tests. Finally all the required documentation for the production of the power supplies is created, including test procedures for the final testing. In the end of the development phase, we can guide the customer to get approvals like UR, UL, VDE, ETL end so on. Power range: We can produce power supplies up to 5000V, up to 100A and up to 1500W output power. We realising special functions as there are arbitrary controls, special measurement methods and analogue or digital control of the power supplies. Production: We produce single units for research labs and up to serial products of some 1000 units. The printed circuit boards can be in SMT and/or THT technique. 100% of the produced units are laid under a final test and burn-in. Services: We also offer an order development including the development work, creating the production documentation and if it is requested also guiding the customer to get approvals for the products. We can also do order production including printed board assembling, mounting, cable confection and final testing for electronic devices and assemblies. Specials: Based on the long experience (over 20 years) in business of developing and producing power supplies, we are also able to implement special functions like redundant measurements, limit value monitoring, measurements in critical environments, current measurements from some pA up to some 100A.
