Preparation of a Tax Depreciation Schedule is a complex task centred on the calculation of property construction costs for all building elements. As experts in the field of Construction Economics, our team in Australia is highly trained and experienced in all Property Tax Depreciation matters. Holders of investment properties are entitled to claim a tax deduction for the decline in value of certain property and associated plant assets. Anyone who owns property as an investment asset and is eligible to claim deductions for depreciation is also entitled to claim additional credits. This is known as Write Off Reporting, and is an effective way of maximising your depreciation entitlements when an asset is scrapped.
