APPLICATION
RSLED Luminaires are suitable for use in the following areas as defined by the National
Electrical Code (NEC) and the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC):
Class I, Division 2, Groups ABCD;
Class I, Zone 2, IIC, T4
Class II, Division 1 & 2, Groups EFG; Class III, T4
RSLED is designed for use indoors, outdoors, wet locations, and areas containing
moisture, dirt, corrosion, vibration, and rough usage.

Step 2
1. Inspect shipping package and contents to
ensure no damage has occurred during
shipping.
2. Remove Wall Bracket from RSLED Box.
3. Assemble RSLED fixture Box to Head in
desired configuration.
*The main pivot bolt and arm to
box fasteners are M6.
**The angle adjustment bolts are M5.

Step 4
4. Mount Wall Bracket to desired location.
*Ensure you use a minimum of two (2) 3/8” bolts to
secure RSLED to wall surface. One in each of the upper

hole clusters.
**Recommended to use four (4) in high wind and
vibration environments.

5. Slide assembled fixture onto Wall Bracket.
Align and mount lower four (4) M6 hardware
first then proceed with top four (4) M6 bolts.
Adjust Head angle if required.

Step 6
6. Open RSLED Box lid.
7. Connect desired conduit/wire runs to the
desired 3/4” NPT entry and run wire as per
applicable standards for area of use.
8. Connect AC in feed to labeled wires in
RSLED box as per applicable standards for
area of use. For connections use wire
rated to a minimum of 95ºC.
Step 9
9. Close RSLED Box lid. Torque lids screws
according to diagram.

10. Energize fixture.
ACCESSORIES
Optional 2-3/8” Tenon Pole Mount can be
attached directly to the RSLED Box. Secure to
Pole with supplied 3x 3/8” Hex bolts.
