A complete PRO-BALANCE XP Manifold consists of three primary articles:
1) Header set, with the desired number of drops
2) Drop sets, one for each drop of the manifold, corresponding to the desired pipe connection
3) Accessory kit, corresponding to the number of drops on the header set

PRO-BALANCE XP Drop Set – 3 to 10 GPM, 1 1/4 in. EVERLOC
Drop Sets include:
− Flow meter with balancing valve (0-10 USGPM) for return side; flow meters are in a bypass flow path, so that there is only flow through the meter
when a pin is pulled
− Circuit isolation valve with manual operating handles for each circuit on supply side
− Brass double nipples to connect circuit isolation valves and flow meters to header
− NBR gasket for flow meter union connection
− AFM gasket for ball valve union connection
− Optional 1 or 1 1/4 in. EVERLOC x 1 in. MPT adapters for connection to 1 or 1 1/4 in. PEX pipe
− Optional 1 or 1 1/4 in. EVERLOC sleeves

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Every header set is 100% inspected, tested and bar-coded for traceability, and fabricated by REHAU by certified technicians in a plant using a quality
management system that is certified to ISO 9001. For use with 1 and 1 1/4 in. RAUGEO™ PEXa pipes using REHAU EVERLOC connections. May be
mounted in any orientation (i.e., horizontal, inverted, etc.), although consideration must be made as to the placement of the purge valve to ensure
proper venting.
