Consultant - MR. YUE WAI KEUNG
Mr. Mr. Yue is currently a Shantou Committee Member of the Chinese People＇s Political
Consultative Conference, a Director of The Overseas Teo Chew Entrepreneurs Association
and an Vice Chairman of Shantou Chinese Overseas Friendship Association, a Council
Member of Guangdong Overseas Fraternity Association. Mr. Yue is Director of ThinSoft
(Holdings) Inc. He is also the chairman of Luen Fat Securities Company Limited as well as
Directors of a number of privately-held securities and financial service companies. He is
Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Securities Professionals Association. Mr. Yue was
appointed as a member of the Departmental Advisory Board of Guangdong Academy of
Social Science in 1997. He also has been a Honorary Advisor of the Chamber of Hong
Kong Listed Companies Limited since 2002, and Honorary Advisor of Hong Kong
Stockbrokers Association Limited (“Stockbrokers Association＂) since February 2006.
He is also the Election Committee of Financial Services Sector for Legislative Council of
the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region since 2002-2012.
Mr. Yue was a director of Stockbrokers Association (1997-Jan 2006), an Independent
Non-executive director of Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited (2002-2003), the
Deputy Chairman of Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (1997-2000), and a
council member of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ( 1993-2000 ). He has over
30 years of experience in the securities and futures industry.
