Ashley Huffstetler Campbell is an
experienced trial lawyer who manages
complex commercial cases for her clients.
She handles professional malpractice, real estate,
bad faith, directors and officers, general liability and transportation claims. She
has litigated accounting malpractice cases involving the Big Eight accounting
firms and is panel counsel for one of the largest title insurance companies in
the country. Ashley is also an experienced appellate advocate and a firm leader
on issues related to North Carolina’s electronic discovery (“e-Discovery”) rules.
Ashley’s many professional accomplishments have been recognized by the
North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Super Lawyers, North Carolina
Lawyers Weekly, the Triangle Business Journal and Business Leader magazine.
She is a leader in the Wake County Bar Association and Tenth Judicial District
Bar and currently serves as President-elect of those organizations. Ashley is a
member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, one of the most
respected and exclusive legal organizations in the country.
Most importantly, Ashley is committed to the idea that all people are entitled
to access to justice in the courts. To that end, she is a devoted volunteer
attorney for Legal Aid of North Carolina.
