Red light should illuminate when e-stop is tripped and ignition is on. o TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL Check transmission fluid level Check differential fluid level Check shifting mechanism for operation and wear Check universal joints and drive shaft for wear/alignment Check all mounts for wear/tightness Check vacuum modulator and hose ENGINE Wash down engine (if needed) check for oil leaks Change oil and filter Inspect fuel and oil lines Check engine mounts for tightness Replace fuel filter Check all belts o EXHAUST SYSTEM Check for holes and excessive rust Check all mounting bolts for tightness Check all hangers and heat shields o COOLING SYSTEM Check radiator, clean fins if necessary. Be careful, do not damage fins Check water pump and fan hub bearings Check fan blades Check all hoses Check coolant level and note protection level __________ 8F. Maintain 50/50 mixture for -34º F protection level. Check for coolant leaks. If brake handle is equipped with an adjustment knob, it must turn freely. Park brake must work! Red = gas, Green = diesel, Yellow = hydraulic o SERVICE BULLETIN Verify compliance with NWA service bulletin #48 “Installation of D Style Bumpers on Tug Manufacturing Model T660 Belt Loaders”. The top/front end of the belt deck must have two separate “D” style bumpers, not a single full width bumper.
